YongMi Norfleet is the mother of Janiece and her other four children and three grandchildren.

With four children by the age of 21, a GED, and no parents to guide/support/protect her, she achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a minor in Psychology and a focus on youth from Purdue University.

 

Her degree allowed her to gain experience with many community organizations in Fort Wayne, IN and Grand Rapids, MI including Park Center as a Case Manager, Job Corps as a Career Counselor, and many other organizations.

She offers the Construction Design services as a Certified Contractor Builder, and prospective Licensed General Contractor.

Janiece Dance is a disabled wife, parent to her two sons Jadon and Ja'Ali, eldest of seven siblings, alumni of Upward Bound, AmeriCorps, and Howard University.

 

She has been blessed to become a Life Insurance Agent and Wealth Planner, Certified College Planner, HUD Certified Housing Counselor, and Disability Awareness Speaker. Prior to becoming an Entrepreneur, she gained experience and training at Fannie Mae, Wallstreet at Morgan Stanley, Teach for America, Joshua’s Hand, Inc., Urban Beginnings Federal Credit Union, Rende Progress Capital, and her first job at McDonalds.

She manages the Adjure Freedom "to command freedom" Student, Employee, and Aspiring Entrepreneur programs.
